회원가입도 로그인도 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않습니다.
그린 그림은 휴대전화 안에만 저장되고, 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다.
인터넷은 광고를 받아 오는 데에만 씁니다. 개발자가 운영하는 서버는 없습니다.

1. 누가 만들었고 어디로 연락하나

이 앱은 JLUXENA STUDIO가 만들었습니다. 이 방침에 대해 묻고 싶은 것이 있으면 ljn03012@gmail.com으로 보내주세요.

2. 개인정보를 모으지 않습니다

이 앱에는 회원가입도 로그인도 없습니다. 다음 중 어느 것도 받지 않고, 만들지 않고, 보관하지 않습니다.

개발자는 서버를 두고 있지 않습니다. 앱이 만든 정보가 개발자에게 오는 길 자체가 없습니다.

3. 그림과 사진을 어떻게 다루나

그린 그림은 앱 전용 폴더에 저장됩니다. 다른 앱이 들여다볼 수 없는 자리입니다.
완성한 그림을 갤러리에 저장하는 것은 이용자가 저장 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 일어납니다.
사진을 배경으로 불러올 때는 안드로이드가 제공하는 사진 선택기를 씁니다. 그래서 이 앱은 사진첩 전체를 들여다볼 수 없고, 고른 사진 한 장만 앱 폴더로 복사됩니다.
그림과 사진은 인터넷으로 전송되지 않습니다. 광고 때문에 인터넷을 쓰지만, 그 통신에 그림은 포함되지 않습니다.

4. 광고

이 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영에 필요한 비용을 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob) 광고로 충당합니다.

광고를 제공하는 과정에서 구글은 광고 식별자(광고 ID)·기기 종류·접속한 인터넷 주소(IP)에서 짐작한 대략적인 지역 등을 자기 정책에 따라 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 이는 구글이 수집하는 것이고 개발자는 받아 보거나 보관하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 구글 광고 정책에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국에서 앱을 켠 경우에는, 광고에 이용자의 정보를 쓰기 전에 동의를 묻는 창이 먼저 표시됩니다. 이 창은 구글이 제공하는 것이며, 이용자가 고른 답에 따라 맞춤 광고 여부가 결정됩니다.

광고 맞춤설정은 휴대전화의 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 직접 끄거나 광고 ID를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 휴대전화 안에만 남는 것

여기에는 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보가 들어 있지 않습니다.

6. 앱이 요청하는 권한

이 앱은 권한을 직접 요청하지 않습니다. 그림 저장과 사진 불러오기는 안드로이드가 제공하는 방식(미디어 저장소·사진 선택기)을 써서 저장소 권한이 필요 없습니다. 카메라·위치·연락처 권한도 쓰지 않습니다.

다만 광고 라이브러리가 인터넷·네트워크 상태·광고 ID 권한을 함께 넣습니다. 이용자가 따로 허락할 필요는 없는 권한들입니다.

7. 제3자 제공

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매할 정보가 없습니다. 앱이 연결되는 외부 서비스는 위 4항의 구글 애드몹 한 곳뿐입니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 만 14세 미만(한국 기준) 또는 만 13세 미만(미국 COPPA 기준) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 어떠한 정보도 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 내 정보를 지우려면

개발자가 가지고 있는 것이 없으므로 지워달라고 요청할 대상이 없습니다. 휴대전화에 남은 것은 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다. 지우지 않고 비우고 싶다면 안드로이드 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 네온 드로우 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 누르면 됩니다.

10. 방침의 변경

내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 고치고 맨 위의 시행일을 새로 적습니다. 앱이 모으는 것이 늘어나는 큰 변화가 생기면 앱 안에서도 알려 드립니다.

1. Who made this, and how to reach us

This app is made by JLUXENA STUDIO. If you have a question about this policy, write to ljn03012@gmail.com. This policy covers Neon Draw for Android (package com.jluxena.neondraw).

2. We do not collect personal information

The app has no sign-up and no sign-in. We do not ask for, create, or store any of the following:

Name, date of birth, gender
Email address, phone number
Contacts, location

We run no server of our own. There is no path by which anything the app creates could reach us.

3. Drawings and photos

Your drawings are stored in the app's private folder, which other apps cannot read.
A finished picture is written to your gallery only when you tap save.
To use a photo as a background the app uses the Android photo picker, so the app cannot browse your gallery — only the single picture you chose is copied into the app's folder.
Drawings and photos are never uploaded. The app uses the internet for ads only, and your pictures are not part of that traffic.

4. Ads

The app is free and is funded by Google AdMob ads.

When an ad is shown, Google may collect things such as your advertising identifier, device type, and an approximate region inferred from your IP address, under Google's own policies. Google collects this; we do not receive it. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent dialog is shown before your information is used for ads. That dialog is provided by Google, and your choice determines whether ads are personalised.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

5. What stays on your phone

None of this contains anything that identifies you.

6. Permissions

The app requests no permissions of its own. Saving and importing pictures use Android's media store and photo picker, so no storage permission is needed. Camera, location, and contacts are not used.

The Google ads library adds internet, network-state, and advertising-ID permissions. These do not require a prompt.

7. Sharing with third parties

We collect no personal information, so there is nothing to share or sell. The only external service the app connects to is Google AdMob, described in section 4.

8. Children

This app is not directed to children under 13 (US COPPA) or under 14 (Korea), and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Deleting your data

We hold nothing, so there is nobody to send a deletion request to. What is on your phone is removed when you uninstall. To clear it without uninstalling, use Android Settings → Apps → Neon Draw → Storage → Clear data.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If the app ever begins to collect more than it does today, we will also say so inside the app.
