「QR 스캐너」(스토어 이름 "QR 코드 스캐너 - 바코드 리더·QR 만들기", 이하 "앱")는 개인 개발자가 만든 QR 코드·바코드 스캐너입니다. 카메라나 사진으로 코드를 읽고, 스캔 기록을 보고, QR 코드를 만들 수 있습니다. 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 개발자 서버가 없으며, 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
코드를 읽는 일은 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 카메라 화면은 코드를 찾는 데만 쓰이고, 사진이나 영상으로 저장되거나 전송되지 않습니다. '사진에서'를 누르면 기기의 사진 고르기 창에서 이용자가 고른 한 장만 읽으며, 앱은 기기의 다른 사진을 볼 수 없습니다.
스캔한 내용(링크, 와이파이 이름·비밀번호, 연락처, 글 등)과 메모·즐겨찾기, 만든 QR 의 내용은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자를 포함해 어디에도 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다. 앱은 안드로이드 자동 백업을 꺼 두었습니다. 기록은 한 줄씩 또는 한꺼번에 지울 수 있고, 설정에서 '기록 남기기'를 끄면 남기지 않습니다. 앱을 지우면 기록도 함께 사라집니다.
'열기'·'공유'·'엑셀용 파일'·'연락처에 저장'·'달력에 추가'·'이 와이파이에 연결'을 누르면, 그 내용은 이용자가 고른 앱이나 기기의 저장 창으로만 전달됩니다. 링크를 열면 그 웹사이트의 방침이 적용됩니다. 만든 QR 그림은 이용자가 '저장'을 누를 때만 기기 갤러리의 'QR 스캐너' 앨범에 저장됩니다.
앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 다음 자리에서만 보여 줍니다.
광고 게재를 위해 Google 이 아래 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 스캔한 내용과 스캔 기록은 광고에 쓰이지 않으며 Google 에도 전달되지 않습니다.

위치(GPS)·연락처·달력·와이파이·기기의 사진을 읽는 권한은 쓰지 않습니다. 안드로이드 10 이하에서만 만든 QR 을 갤러리에 저장하기 위해 저장소 권한을 씁니다.
앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

QR Scanner (store name "QR 코드 스캐너 - 바코드 리더·QR 만들기", the "App") is a QR code and barcode scanner made by an independent developer: scan with the camera or from a photo, keep a scan history, and create QR codes. There is no sign-up, no developer server, and the developer does not collect or store your personal information.
Stored only on your device: codes are decoded on the device. The camera view is used only to find codes and is never saved or uploaded. "From photo" reads only the single picture you choose in the system photo picker; the App cannot see your other photos. Scan results (links, Wi-Fi names and passwords, contacts, text), notes, favorites and the QR codes you create are kept only on your device, are never sent anywhere, and Android auto-backup is disabled. You can delete history items or turn history off in Settings. Open, Share, Export, "Add contact", "Add to calendar" and "Connect to Wi-Fi" hand the data only to the app or system dialog you choose.
Advertising (Google AdMob): a full-screen ad after the splash screen when the App starts — after the short intro on first launch (at most once per hour, skipped if not ready within 5 seconds); one banner at the bottom of the Scan, History, Create and Settings screens (none inside the result sheet); a full-screen ad after you close a scan result, when you open History, and after you save/share a created QR or export history (at least 60 seconds apart, only when an ad is already loaded); and one native ad inside the exit dialog. Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address / approximate location, device and diagnostic information, and ad interactions to serve ads. Your scan results and history are never shared with Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Permissions: Camera (scanning codes only). Vibrate (short feedback on scan). Internet (ads only; scanning works offline). Storage only on Android 10 and below, to save a created QR image to the gallery. No location/GPS, contacts, calendar, Wi-Fi or photo-library permissions.
