Lumi Wheel (the "App") is a spin-art drawing app made by an independent developer. There is no sign-up, there is no developer server, and the developer does not collect or store your personal information.
Your artwork, brush colour and size, language choice, and the vibration and sound settings are stored only on your device. The developer cannot see them, and they are removed when you uninstall the App. Artwork leaves your device only when you press Share and pick a destination yourself.
The App can place a photo from your gallery onto a wheel. The photo is chosen through the system photo picker, is used only inside the App on your device, and is never uploaded anywhere. The App does not read your gallery on its own.
The App shows full-screen Google AdMob ads only at moments when you start something new: once right after you finish the welcome tour when you first install the App, each time you open a new wheel, and when you empty a wheel with the trash button. A native ad also appears in the exit dialog when you leave and as one card in your artwork gallery. Rewarded ads are shown only when you choose them yourself: to export a GIF or video, or to unlock the premium wheel surfaces for a day. There are no banner ads, and no ad ever appears while you are drawing. To serve ads, Google may collect the following.

The App does not use the camera, location, contacts, or microphone.

「루미 휠」(이하 "앱")는 개인 개발자가 만든 스핀아트 그림 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 개발자 서버가 없으며, 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.
그린 작품, 붓 색·굵기, 고른 언어, 진동·소리 설정은 모두 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 정보를 볼 수 없고, 앱을 지우면 함께 사라집니다. 작품은 이용자가 "공유" 를 눌러 직접 고른 곳으로만 나갑니다.
앱은 갤러리의 사진을 원판에 얹을 수 있습니다. 사진은 시스템 사진 선택기로 고르고, 기기 안 앱 안에서만 쓰이며, 어디에도 올라가지 않습니다. 앱이 스스로 갤러리를 읽지 않습니다.
앱은 화면 전체를 덮는 Google AdMob 광고를 새로 시작하는 순간에만 보여 줍니다. 처음 깔고 첫 안내를 다 본 직후 한 번, 새 원판을 열 때마다, 그리고 휴지통 버튼으로 원판을 비웠을 때입니다. 나갈 때 뜨는 종료 창과 작품 목록의 카드 한 장에는 네이티브 광고가 들어갑니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 직접 고를 때만 나옵니다 — GIF·영상으로 내보낼 때, 원판 재질(유리·나무·금속·별가루)을 하루 동안 열 때입니다. 배너 광고는 없고, 그림을 그리는 도중에는 광고가 뜨지 않습니다. 광고 게재를 위해 Google 이 아래 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
